DJI Care Enterprise provides official DJI protection coverage for eligible DJI Enterprise drones. Before purchasing, please confirm that your aircraft is eligible for DJI Care activation.

If your aircraft is still within the eligible warranty period, or if your previous DJI Care plan is still valid and eligible for renewal, you may purchase the corresponding DJI Care plan for your aircraft model.
How to Purchase
- Select your drone model.
- Select the DJI Care plan you need: 1-Year Basic or 1-Year Plus.
- Complete your order online.
- DRT will send the DJI Care activation code to you by email after your order is processed.
- Use the code to activate DJI Care on DJI’s official activation page.

After Activation
Once the DJI Care activation is completed successfully, you should receive an official confirmation email from DJI. Please keep the confirmation email for your records.

- DJI Care codes are model-specific and must match the eligible aircraft model.
- DRT is not responsible if the customer purchases the wrong model or attempts to bind DJI Care to an ineligible aircraft.
